How long will it take for my package to get to me?
The delivery time for your package depends on the type of shipping you select during checkout. Please note that each order undergoes processing at our warehouse before shipping. Refer to the table below for detailed timing information:

1. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 CAD qualify for free shipping.
- Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the cart value. This amount will be added to your total purchase and is the final shipping charge.
2. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment with the latest updates from the shipping provider.
3. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, get in touch with customer service for further assistance.
4. Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international orders may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. These costs vary by country, and CityBoyJj advises you to be aware of these potential charges before placing an order.
- Refusal to Pay Duties: If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to CityBoyJj at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the return shipping cost. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we can accommodate your request. Once the order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further instructions.
6. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
- Damaged in Transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
- Lost in Transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier concludes their investigation and confirms the parcel is lost.
